New Behringer Effects

I've been watching these pedals for awhile on behringer website for more details. Check out what the Cs100 (cs-3 copy)

And the dd100 (DD-6 copy)

Now check out these more recent shots I found where the pedals have been fit with knockoff cases the same color schemes/Lettering fonts and everything.

That tells me that originally they were gonna try and release these in less obbvious packaging but at some point decided to lift the entire physical appearance.

So why doesn't behringers' website show the newest designs of these pedals? Or are the images on musicthing manipulated to drive the point home and the pedals will release as pictured on behringers' site?

My 2 cents. Roughly 2.5 cents US

The rumor was that Behringer had to pull them so that they would look LESS like boss pedals. I don't know, I think it's a pretty dumb move on Behringer's part to copy the look like that.

While the v-amp is an original product soundwise it was inspired by the pod but they came up with a fairly original look for it and even added the LED lights which the pod didn't have. I don't know why they didn't do that with these pedals.

Heck they could have put true bypass in all of them, raised the price $5, and put them in a vintage looking metal case and most people here would be drooling over them.
