New Cort 1x12 combo

I don't think it was a dig at you specifically, but rather calling out sponsored content in creator videos. Sponsored videos can still promote good products, but any sponsored content should still be taken with a grain of salt.

I watch some Bass the World content, but still reference other sources if intending to purchase anything. I agree with some of their reviews, and even other positive reviews from them I find that a product isn't to my taste. Multiple sources are always a good idea in my opinion, sponsored or not.
I was being a little sarcastic. I generally like Bass the World reviews, they're pretty thorough and I feel like I have a sense of what the gear can offer from them. He gets some great players for the demos and he does nitpick if there's something he doesn't like about a piece of gear. IIRC in his review of the Cort amp he said it was a good amp "for the money" and he liked it better than similar offerings in the price range. You can't buy the cheapest gear and expect high quality, IME you're going to be gambling on the QC - you may get an apple you may get a lemon

Bass The World likes every sponsored product.
I'm not sure if that's because of that sponsorship (he does criticise things too) or that he's just overly excited to have something new. I can empathise with the latter, although it's a bit like De Botton's hedonistic curves with stages of: wow; it's total crap; actually it's ok, maybe even slightly better than what it's replaced; I wish I had the old thing back; I have the old thing back and it's crap too.

Does anyone have a Cowpoke or a Westone Thunder IA with Magnatone pickups to sell me?
