New Dilemma

The A.S.S. is still churning through the data. Due to the sheer volume of complaining and irrational behavior, the A.S.S. is taking a little longer than usual to process. I add a couple of gigaterrabytes of RAM to speed up the processing, and a couple of megaterragigaHz processors to handle the load of everchanging alternate logic structures of BW data. It was very costly, but the safety of TB is that important. So important that a number of anonymous donors sold their most expensive basses to fund the A.S.S.

We should have a conclusion soon.

Is it

The A.S.S. is still churning, as it appears there is no limit to the irrationality of BW. Based on that, another suspect has been introduced.

A black hole. Only thing in the universe that from which nothing, including reason can escape. One of the few celestial entities that seem capable of hold the chaos and illogic of BW. Luckily, the A.S.S. is strong enough to handle a black hole.

Stay tuned............

BW=BH?

The A.S.S. has been churning away and has come up with a new suspect. Based on the sheer amount of illogic and narcissism, it may be that the suspect is more intelligent than originally given credit for. The randomness and irrationality are beyond the scope of typical random behavior of humans, even the dumbest of humans. Thus, there is a possibility that it is a concerted and intentional behavior.

So, besides the Black Hole, the Emo Kid, and the Ditzy Blonde we have suspect #4.

Yes, my friends, it could be an evil, mad scientist. Not necessarily out to destroy the world, but destroy bass players. The A.S.S. computed that based on all the bad advice given by Bluewhine, that he must be out to prevent any other bass player from getting a gig. Thus eliminating bass players.

While the A.S.S. was figuring out why a mad scientist would want to destroy bass players, it found an aerial shot of the mad scientist playing a gig (sans bassist).

I knew you couldn't trust a keyboard player keep out of our space. Is TB not even safe from their intrusion?

I suspect the A.S.S. will return a positive hit on Suspect #4 as this character gets a charge off denigrating younger people, especially those just starting on bass that he can backhandedly criticize and talk down to in order to feel better about himself...

The music industry for rock is really in a sad state. The future is in the hands of young musicians not mine or any of the older guys.

I intend on being hard on young musicians especially those that seem like their looking for an easy way to do this or if they seem lost.

To be honest most of the original bands I've played in I'm learning the songs by listening to previous bassists on recordings so what's original anymore? Money should not really be the driving factor when you play with a band as long as you have proper equipment and can afford to pay your share of say a rental room. I would go for the original band myself, the problem I find with covers is they frequently are picked to suit the singer or guitarist and rarely are they songs I find interesting over an extended period.

Cover bands in a way share one common trait with originals bands;

The good ones are far and few in between.

The A.S.S. has eliminated the evil genius as a possibility. The A.S.S. downloaded the reasoning logic of over 4,000,000,000 species of creatures within the known universe, including single celled microbes and Bluewhine's reasoning structure doesn't match any of them. Thus the conclusion is that BW really lacks reason.

The elimination of the evil genius confirmed was when the A.S.S. did a simulation of Bluewhine doing the bad guy monologue, and the A.S.S. just laughed it's @$$ off. I'll admit, if I were heard some evil 'genius' spouting a monolgue with all BW's terrible grammar, poor logic, and immature behavior it would be hard to take him seriously either.

Thus, BW so far is either a Black Hole, Emo Kid, or Ditzy Blonde.

Stay tuned.....
