That’s where I have gotten most of my guilds from. I have 2 guild solid body guitars, the starfire ii and a 70s/80s b301 I recently picked up. I am a big guild fan.Ive messaged them and sweewater. should be availible april 1. They wont give me any specs til closer to there
That split pickup looks terrible on that bass.
I have a starfire II bass that I bought about a year ago. It plays great, I have been super happy with it. I bought it w/out trying it.I think it looks pretty cool... different from a lot of the same-old, same-old. I'd sure like to give one a try.
I disagree, i think it has a bit of an eko/teisco kind of vibe to it.

"Terrible" may be a bit over the top, but I agree that I like the traditional Starfire better.
$499, and I could live with it, but $835, give me a real Starfire.
Who knows, maybe later I'll adjust,
I felt the same way about the PJ Mustang at first until I played one.....057912
Same here. I went from "maybe," to an absolute "nope," as soon as I saw that. The bass looks interesting and was definitely enticing at the $599 price that they were first reported to be selling for, but I agree that it’s not so enticing at $835.
