gimmi one in bright slightly trans pink (just enough to see the grain) and ill be first on the list!!

im looking very closely at the baseX.oc4 and should have one by the end of summer, this might be too off topic, but how do you like this bass? (the X.oc4 model)

but yah, this bass in trans pink and the orange burst X.oc4 would be a killer combo!

thanks!!

Can I just spraypaint it pink? Just kidding.

The X.oc4 is outstanding. It can deliver across the spectrum and is easy to play. Almost intuative and the cut is great as well.

Do a search for Human Base on TB and you can see what the real players are saying as well.

LOL well you could probably have someone custom paint it for you.

One of the things I love about the BaseX.oc is its versatility. The coil tap allows you to go from a jazz bass sound to double humbucker or roll the pickup blend to the bridge pickup and you can get the MM sound. It's extremely versatile but yet easy to use. The delano pickups are stong and clear and the glock preamp is just unreal. I can't believe how rich the tone of this bass is.

I love it. Is your store in orange open to the public?

You are more than welcome to come in and try one out at our facility. We do not sell direct to the public, but I can direct you to your nearest dealer. Jim's music in Irvine may have some stock on them pretty soon as well.949.552.4280 - Josh ((Tell him I sent you over ther) Where are you in the OC?

Hey guys,

I've been watching this thread for a longtime now!
I'm amazed how different people's taste can be!!!
I personnally wouln't change anything on these 3 prototypes.
I'm a p-bass guy and it's about time that someone take the precision bass a step forward!!!!(maybe 2 steps,LOL)

This bass is gonna rock...

Please look at the german version of this bass (on human base german website)... I think Tyler and his team make it even better than the original one. I always found the human base's cutaway too thin, these are slightly thicker or larger, what ever it is , it's better looking!!!

The curves on these prototype basses are sexy... The pickguard shape and color suits the satin finish perfectly...The neck pocket design is so good looking and logical... It's surprising no one did this before!

If only we could buy the prototype, i'll be first in line to buy the white one.... BTW all three are so great looking i would have a hard time choosing between the 3 colors....

In my opinion it's one of the greatest looking bass on the market... I took the time to wrote down my opinion hoping that Tyler and his team won't change a thing at these prototypes because i can't think how they could make them any better!!!

Soundwise: IMO Nordstrand is THE vintage pickup everyone should buy but for defined, modern, versatile sound DELANO + GLOCKENKLANG is the only way to go.

Great Job Tyler (and his team)

Isn't that the x-over?
It's been out for years.
Except that I haven't seen it with the oval delano pickups yet.
And this one seems to have more buttons on it ...
It´s basically an X-Over, but it has some slight differences in shape, it´s manufactured in the USA, and uses different woods as the X-Over. I played the Roxy, it is a very punchy rock sound you get out of it.
