White. My main bass is natural finish on an ash body....can't have two looking that similar! The bass is Out for Delivery right now, and I was smart and had it delivered to the office.
Well I got her in (TMB600 AWD) and unboxed. I'll do a full NBD after this weekend's rehearsal. So I'll just give some general first impressions:
+Fit and finish is very nice. No sharp frets, no glass globs, no overspray etc...
+Not as heavy as I thought it'd be. 8.75 lbs on the scale.
+Does suffer from neck dive, but certainly not terrible.
+Definitely interesting color. There is a lot of blue/purple in the wood grain. Looks great on its own., but absolutely terrible with the tort.

GAS stands for "Guitar Acquiring Syndrome" but here it stands for 'Gear Acquiring Syndrome"
Yeah, as in buying and selling gear almost as an impulsive hobby.

Came in perfectly, close tonperfect condition. Small, cute but load with that juicy fat bass sound. the black add the badass factor to it.
Both pick are okay. I had squier vm77 before, n it was loaded with seymour j pick up, but this has both p/j for me play around.

I was at Guitar Center today and pulled a $199 Talman off the rack to give it a spin. I usually don't like Ibanez for some reason. Okay, this bass was a lot of fun to play. Comfortable, nice tone, set up well and played nicely. A few niggles, the control pots would both turn when you turn one or the other, but that could be fixed with a few minutes and an allen wrench. Definitely not a bad bass for $200. I want to find a TMB2000 to try sometime. I kinda liked the format.
