New Ibanez Talman Basses!

TMB 300 is mahogany... 600 is ash.
As you already know, the TMB 300 has a double J at the bridge. The 600 has a single Jazz pickup...the pickups are Nostrand designed but the 600 also has a passive switch.
My 300 does have the block inlays as does the 600.
I think the 100s have dot inlays.
Other than that, the quality on mine is every bit as good as the quality of the 600, though I've only played one of each model.
Also, -or as a result- the 600's are notably heavier. I found the 100 and 300 to be fairly light and comfortable. I'm not currently in the market for a bass but the two 600's I've played have been just a bit too heavy to want to own.
