Oh my. $1199 for the Subway 2x12. That's about $350 less than a Barefaced BigTwin II and pretty much the same weight.

does anyone know if the new Subway WD-800 will fit into the original Walkabout headcase ?
I believe I read that the width and height of the new amp is the same as the Walkabout and can use the WA rack ears, but the WD-800 is not as deep.
It would be really cool if I could put the WD-800 into my Walkabout headcase.

When the Subways first came out I was wondering how long it would take before they put a tube in the pre-amp.
