I was hoping to see the Sulphate Brothers
I liked them a lot better before they added the British vocalist and guitarist - they were an all-American lineup, going by the name Sulfate Brothers.

So about that WD-800...
Had a rehearsal tonight with a fusion band. Not crazy loud, so just the WD-800 into a MAS 1,8 cab and fretless Zon bass.
It was... (difficult to describe without superlatives and swearing)... beautiful. Rich and full and articulate. The lows were amazing - we do a tune in B and hitting the low B along with the octave was deeply smile-inducing. Everything sounded clear and, well, like I want to sound.
I came home a very happy camper. It helps that the music (new band) is really coming together, too. But in addition, we (and particularly I) sounded GREAT.

You are going to love that cabinet. I have two of them. Hands down the best cabinets I have ever played in my life. Ran two of them sitting on top of a stand at a gig last Saturday and could feel my lungs move inside my chest with my back to the rig. Sound was crystal clear, precise, tight, massive, dense, and perfect.
Great! Mine will combine with my SW15. Im excited to hear it through a couple amps this afternoon.
This photo makes the WD-800 look like a full 19" rack sized amp on top of that cabinet!

Yeah, the cab is every bit as crazy good as the WE-800.

I really like the SW112/115 combination and expect you'll be surprised (and pleased) at what that 112 adds. On the flip side, don't freak out if you compare the 112 alone beside the 115 alone using the same amp settings. That 112 will not be as deep or as loud on its own as the 115, but can really deliver more than you might expect with a little extra EQ and a bit more power behind it.
I was shocked at how that 112 would come alive by itself with just a few minor adjustments. The 115 is just so big and present by itself, it's not a fair comparison if you don't give the 112 more to work with from the head. I played the 115 first and until I recognized this, I felt a little let down by the 112...not anymore!

I bet it would look pretty cool in one of those (and think about how protected it would be)
of course, this would also place the 7lb WD-800 in a 20lb headcase ..... but still

I test-fit mine last night with the feet on, and it looks/fits great in my ~2005 era case with the screw-on back cover. I don't have any sticky rubber feet around, so I didn't want to pull them off and mount it yet. Finally get to play it at rehearsal with the full band tonight. Looking forward to seeing what it does. At home, I'm still liking the old WA preamp into the new WD power amp more than anything else. It sounds AMAZING that way. I also picked up that Monique 700 Tardis that was in 'poor condition' (it's not) on Reverb last week after speaking with Jule about it and having CME test the heck out of it for about 3 hours at high volume, so I have a couple of new toys to play with. The Monique is very sweet, but also VERY clean with my passive Jazz basses, even with the sensitivity cranked to max and the +4db pulled out. It's not a Walkabout, but it is a very warm clean.

I'm curious to hear from Subway 115 or 215 owners, once you have time to review, specifically about how the upper midrange of the woofer interacts with the tweeter. I have read and experienced (in the past with EVM15L's) how 15's can start "beaming" at lower frequencies compared to smaller woofers, say around the 1khz. region and that this can sound quite harsh standing right in front of the cab. Does the 15" woofer Mesa uses also do this?
I run my Walkabout pre into the D800+ power amp which I believe is pretty much the same power section as the WD-800 (although the WD-800 may use mosfets to drive the class D power amp, @agedhorse can verify this). I found the best sounding combination was using the WA post everything DI into the FX return of the D800+. When using 2 cabs (in my case a Berg CN112 and CN212), I also run one cab off with the WA, and the other with the WA flavored D800+ power amp. This results in the best 800 (actually 965w) Walkabout I have heard to date. I wonder if a similar arrangement would work with the WA + WD-800 in this kind of set-up ?
