EHX have been really quick at shipping pedals after their initial release, but until then I suppose it's just a waiting game.

I need this and a bass soul food. My Density Hulk is amazing, but it destroys things. I'll never get rid of it though, the story of it is too coole.
It's in the EHX catalog I picked up at NAMM (which is what the picture in the original post, which I actually took, is from.) It was also physically at NAMM.
Didn't get a chance to ask anyone at EHX about availability, though. I'm definitely going to swap the Micro for the Nano to save some real estate.

Can it run on battery power? I want to duct-tape it to my bass.

Looks like it's been moved up to May. Works for me, I wouldn't have the money till then anyway. Also doesn't appear, at least in the UK, that it will be any cheaper.
not surprised, i'd guess that squeezing the same functionality into a smaller box was harder, not easier, even if the digital guts was a few years newer (and thus smaller and faster).
i just wish that it had a tone rolloff control for the high octave, that metallic octave-up sound is my only complaint about the regular micro-pog.
My gut never gets smaller.

Hmmm...Nano Pog? Smaller but with a new way of doing it? Will that way be good? Sure hope so, because I busted out my Micro Pog for the first time in a long time last night, and I forgot how much I enjoyed having it. Don't care as much for the lower octave but I have an OC-2 for that, and believe it or not, as long as you stick to single notes, using the Micro Pog and OC-2 for a 3 octave attack is pretty cool. Gets a little stupid adding the 4th octave way down low, but 3 octaves isn't bad, and the tracking on the OC-2 doesn't glitch up nearly as much as you'd think it would. So a little one would be cool as I'm on a kick to reduce pedal size as much as possible when I can find a suitable little pedal to replace a big one.
But let me ask you those knowledgeable about the EHX Pitch Fork...considering I really only want the octave up of the Micro Pog, do you think I'd be happier with the Pitch Fork? Is its upper octave on a par with the Micro Pog?

Got to mess with the pitch fork for a while a few weeks ago in a non-music store environment, and it had just about the nicest octave up I've heard yet.
That's very encouraging. The Micro Pog's octave up is cool but I think it could be improved upon. Less electronic twang, more natural twang.
Certainly not quite...as analog as the octave down would be in an OC-2 but compared to what ive heard/played of the micro pog and whammy/etc, the pitch fork has them beat. still on the synth-ier side but not as shrill? Im probably not making any sense by this time in the morning.
I took my Micro Pog down to the music store to try it against the Pitch Fork, and walked out with the Pitch Fork within 3 seconds of hearing it. MUCH cleaner and much less chirp.
What was different about it. The chiro of the micro POG is mildly annoying.
Can you solo the octave up?!
