That'd be Kyle and Caroline, Kyle is the "real" boss. The aliEn is actually Kyle's rendition of a preying mantis.

Oh, the bass is amazing BTW. Everything about it is just gorgeous!

Trust me, my weak @$$ photography skilZ do not do that bass justice...it's smokin'!

Now have Keith route out the entire back of the bass to put in the Bartocanoli, Dumeter, Christina Aguilara, Glockenshlocken preamps with a four way switch! Yeah. That's the ticket.

Talk about option anxiety!

Seriously. That's going to be one of the coolest basses I've ever seen.

We're tending to agree at the shop, it took a while for us to be convinced on the rainbow diamondwood, but it works! The thing about that stuff is that you never really know what you'll end up with when it's done...each piece comes out completely different, this time they got more of the "natural" (birch) stuff than anything else, and it looks killer with the bubinga.

Hey Stachio, I was in the office when Gard was taking those pics, and I can tell you, that is a SWEET bass. I love how the fingerboard came out. It's almost as nice as my fretless. And in a little way, I helped get it to you ( I carried out to the UPS truck). Congrats!
