Ah..they've moved them to the Retro page. I've got two shops near me who stock lots of Schecters (one is a GC, the other locally owned), they are both big Schecter dealers, yet they never had the Banshee in stock.

Bought mine two years ago. The price has gone up $100. Still a fine bass for the money.Don't think so

I had to check a bunch of different online sellers to buy mine. Most only got one each, and I wanted a carbon grey one.Ah..they've moved them to the Retro page. It successfully made the crossing to France with my other basses. So glad to have gotten it back after 6 months of storage and shipping. Tuned right up. It's one sweet little bass with the La Bella thru-body Mustang DTFs on it.Good thing you got one!

Not sure what/where you are looking, but GuitarGuitar in the U.K. has 2 carbon grays in stock. £759.00, so nowhere near 1 139 €.Noticing quite the price hike here in Europe. Cheapest Banshee Bass I could find online was 1139 euro. That puts it in a range where you can get a JMJ Mustang or a Fender American Performer Mustang Bass for a couple of bucks more. I'd still like one, but not at a 400 euro premium.

Buy the Schecter Banshee Bass Carbon Grey
Reverb has never been known for good prices. It's more of a last resort, when you can't find what you want anywhere else. The Gear4Music price is pretty close if you convert pounds to euros and add the 20% VAT.Thanks for the link! Damn you Brexit...
Was looking at these links by the way:

Received my Carbon grey Banshee today. The super loud hum is my only complaint. Was hoping to see what others have done before I tear into it.Has anyone had problems with shielding on their banshee? I have one that has a hum that goes away when I touch any metal. It’s minimal and it’s possible I could live with the hum. the part that is annoying is that it goes away so I hear it in between notes sometimes.
Mine was a super loud hum that went away when I touched any metal. It was loud enough that it was a problem because if I did things like played open strings it was super noticeable. I returned it…Received my Carbon grey Banshee today. The super loud hum is my only complaint. Was hoping to see what others have done before I tear into it.

My understanding is that the fact that it goes away when you touch the strings or any metal proves the grounding is fine. The only way to quiet down is to try to do better shielding. That sounds like a grounding problem.
