Do the Streamer Jazzman basses pretty much sound/play the same as the Corvette FNA Jazzman basses? I like the feel/sound of the FNA Jazzman Corvette a lot, but I don't like the body shape all that much.

Here's my custom made 2003 Corvette Proline short scale fretless...

Natural flamed maple, ovangkol neck, ebony fretless board, chrome hardware, 30" scale, and it's mine, all mine! Took about three months to get from Der Vaterland. I do wish I'd ordered it with the piezo bridge, though (I don't think they offer it anymore?).

Nice figure on the wood grain. As far as pickups go, I swapped out the MECs for a complete EMG system when I had my Corvette Standard. It did have an aggressive sound but at the same time it was very clean...if that makes any sense... but it sounded great. I will say that it did change the characteristics of the bass somewhat, compared to the MECs. I hear that some of the active Seymour Duncans are pretty aggressive with hot output.
