from the Youtube, VM P5 sound QUITE different than other squier P. It got unique sound itself.

the Cabronita bring a suprice tone like the latest fender dimension demo video~~ Awsome.

For the lefty around here, I contacted fender via Email to know if any of those will be available for us.

Guess what ?

Nope.

The currently available 3TS and Nat models will be slightly updated (i'll edit and post the answer of the fender rep. for the details), and that's it.

I think I'll have to forget the CAR/Mapple neck/black pick combo (sexiest combo IMO) or go the 4x more expensive Sandberg route...

I can't say I'm surprised, but still ...

Tbh I'm a noob so I was refering to the way it looks more because I haven't got a clue how any of these basses sound better or worse than each other lol :)

Well, as time goes on you will get a feeling for the type of sound that is "your" sound, as well as what Jazz and Precision tones you like.

The good news is that these are widely considered very well constructed and playable instruments, especially for the money.

So if you like the "looks", great - as time goes on, if for some reason you don't like the sound of the bass, you could always "mod" it, and change the pickups to more of your sound or something you like and have an even better instrument.
