New Zoom B3 has arrived!!!!

c) Only when I'm playing by myself. In a band environment I can't hear it at all.

I've seen many gigs, from the audience, where there are so many little hums, pops and crackles coming from all the amps - for example, a guitar player with a strat/single-coil pickups.

It doesn't phase me and I doubt it would phase non-musicians at all.

Getting some mixed reviews on the tuner and filters.
My Korg pitchblack an mxr bass envelope filter are by far my most used pedals... Can the B3 replace them?
I dont mind a small degradation in tone... But like still needs to sound good in a band mix.
Also, very important: can you blend clean w/ filter? MXR BEF has that and it's clutch in keeping you in the mix thru the entire sweep

I like the tuner. In fact I sold my rack tuner because it became redundant. I use the chorus a lot, and it sounds as good as any Boss unit I ever had. Although I don't use the envelope filters much, they're as good as the Mutron unit I used to have.

You can set the wet/dry mix to whatever you want, if that's what you mean.

Yes. There is a 'Dry" or 'Balance" with them. Looks like you can also map the Wah/effect balance (or the whole patch balance) to a foot pedal and do it on the fly....

No complaints here. I run it bypassed most of the time, using it primarily for a boost to match my passive basses to the actives, and for one song where I have to do a weird phaser-y thing for a few measures.

Thanks for the samples! Definitely sounds like there are some useable tones...not a huge fan of the distortion models but that might be a bi-product of crappy earbuds. Got mine yesterday and will probably get around to messing with it today. Do you have any filter or synth patch suggestions?

Anytime, dude...I haven't come up with any synth patches yet, but I am working on that.

I like the idea of it but I can't get what I deem a usable sound out of it, probably due to my own ignorance. Id love to hear other peoples applications of the Bit Crusher, settings maybe?

Finally have the Zoom B3!

I noticed the first footswitch can be jiggled up and down a bit, while the other two are tight.

I wouldn't have noticed if all three were like that and it probably has no consequence on anything long-term, but thought I would ask if others here have the same/if it matters.

It's a nice little box/looking forward to creating some patches!

I haven't had a chance to test it in a band setting but just messing around on some Muse type stuff it's amazing.
