I'm totally cheering for Baltimore on Sunday. I want Jadeveon Clowney to win a Super Bowl. I still remember when he did this...

I've given up disliking other AFC North teams. Tomlin's quest for mediocrity has made me jealous of those other teams instead of disliking them as I did when the Steelers were good. Well, except Cleveland, but that's only because of Watson.

You're not going to claim that Mahomes isn't really good, right? As for the two playoff matchups, Brady beat Mahomes in his first year starting and when he had to run for his life all game (missing both starting tackles) on a bad ankle. By the way, they are 3-3 head-to-head overall.

Mahomes is a great football player, but Brady is the better QB. No need to make excuses for Mahomes, he lost. Playoff wins are what matter, not this regular season business. Mahomes may go on to win a few more Super Bowls, although I think this is the last year he'll have a legit chance to do so, but wherever he goes from here, he never beat Brady when it mattered most.

Mahomes is a great football player, but Brady is the better QB. No need to make excuses for Mahomes, he lost. Playoff wins are what matter, not this regular season business. I can NOT like this post. And maybe it's because I'm so old (old dog/new tricks, etc.) but I will probably never like the other teams in Pittsburgh's Division. The only exception will be if it's the Ravens vs. the 49ers in the Super Bowl (which it probably will be). Then, through clenched teeth, I'll root for the Ravens. And afterwards, if I were a Catholic, I'd have to go to Confession...

My son lives in Cleveland and has become a Browns fan (where did I fail as a parent?). I also have a few very good friends here in OH who are Browns fans. I can support the Browns as long as they are not playing the Steelers and are behind them in the division. The Bengals and Ravens can suck it, no matter what. For me, the Ravens vs Cowboys or Brady-era Pats would be a tough one to watch. So much conflict.

I'm sure if a then-43-year-old Brady had dealt with the lack of protection Mahomes had in that Super Bowl, the result would have been ugly. (Lots of sacks, and probably a few roughing-the-passer calls, too.) At any rate, two games is a small sample size.

They will ultimately be judged by the entirety of their careers, and in Mahomes' case that is hopefully a long ways off. It's hard to guess how his career will play out, even if he's fortunate enough to stay healthy. Title opportunities can come in bunches, but with long dry spells--remember that Brady won three rings by 2005, but didn't get his fourth for another 10 years.

Certainly true. Sometimes the QB that plays better doesn't win, and even if he does the performance of the other players on offense, as well as defense and special teams, all make a difference.

In Brady's 7 Super Bowl wins, his team's defenses allowed less than 19 points per game. Sure, he performed well on average in those games, but you win a lot and can play a certain way if you just need 20 points.

Likewise, while Mahomes has had to win some shootouts in the past, and he played very well in the first three quarters last night, the offense sputtered in the fourth and the Chiefs' defense had to make some big stops to seal the win.

Maybe someday Mahomes can match Brady with seven Super Bowl rings from two different teams. The way he plays, I don't see him having the longevity in the NFL as Brady did. But hey, maybe I am wrong and Mahomes is still a rising star. To me, it feels like he already peaked and what's left is the sunset.

The Ravens are the only team left that I have any animosity toward. Modell can fall into a cactus thicket before I'll ever want to see the Ravens do well. All their rings should have been in Cleveland.

Ravens-Cowboys or Ravens-Brady would be games I wouldn't watch or want to think about, but only because I would want both to lose. I don't even mind Steelers wins, since I remember the Steel Curtain, mean Joe Green, the Immaculate Reception, and all that.

I would like to see Mahomes break Brady's Superbowl record. Partly because Mahomes seems like a decent person in a way Brady just doesn't. Yeah, Mahomes got fined for his comments about the refs a few weeks ago, but he's just not a sniveler like Brady came across as. I also just flat out detest Brady and everything about him. So there's that. I may be a little biased.

@Gaolee you and I are as one on all things Brady, Ravens, and Mahomes. And Steelers.

The Ravens are the new Patriots, AFAIC. I respect their ability to beat anybody but hate them all the more for it. Lamar is the MVP, no doubt. Doesn’t matter. I still want him to get pile driven every time he runs, and that’s saying something as he’s a ‘Ville alum. I also can’t stand Patrick Queen talking all this Ray Lewis trash. This whole “I’mma punch you in the mouth and stand over you gloating and jawing while shaking my head with my arms crossed after every tackle” thing is so last century. Don’t strut and jaw. Just play ****ing football. Let your game speak, and drink a nice warm cup.

Give me Nick Chubb and C-Mac 8 days a week. Dudes make a play, then hand the ball to the ref and get on with it. Or Larry Fitzgerald… and not just because of the last name, either. Mahomes seems like a nice dude. Ditto Allen and Purdy. I’m getting sick of seeing the Chiefs win so much, so I’ll pull for whoever comes out of the NFC either way. But they have earned their crown. Patrick ain’t done yet.
