NFL Week 20

If you blitz Manning, you lose. The Bears are good enough to pressure him with just their front 4 and when he's pressured he will throw some picks. Bears will pound Benson and then run Jones which will keep Peyton on the sidelines. The Bears also play action pass very well. I just think the bears D will force the Colts into being one dimensional and when that happens it's usually lights out for their opponents.

I see the court system of Illinois has it's head in the right place. Nice message to send that laws are less important than football.

Why would you say that? He is on bond, is not a flight risk, has to work, AND IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY! He has not been tried yet!

Boy, are you bitter!

Maybe we should send Tank down there to give you a hug!:smug:

Yep.

Possible.

Doubt it. (Have you been paying attention to the Colts D lately?)

The Colts do it better.

Opposing D's have turned the Colts one dimesional on more than a few occasions and they still lost to the Colts. :D

I think Addai was the least talked about and most underated rookie that had a serious impact for his team this year. Like Adam said, 1000+ yds and not one single start in the regular season.

The thing is that rookies that rush for over 1000 yards is not really anything special. Whereas rookie QBs that lead their teams to win, rookies that break records, rookies that lead the league in X, are rarer to find. Truth is that there is a rookie that goes for over 1000 yards rushing every season.

1000+ yards off the bench was a record for a rookie. Try again.

And like I said, rookies that run for over 1000 yards happen every year. When you watch football for more than 3 years, you pick up on things like that. ;)

You make it seem like Addai got only 5-10 touches a game. For a guy who didn't start, he seemed to average about 15-20 touches a game. There's many "starting RBs" that average that many touches a game. And you know as well as I do, that Addai got more touches than Rhodes for the bulk of the season.

On the other hand, Maurice Jones Drew accomplished what he accomplished while getting only about 5-10 touches a game, unless Fragile Freddy was hurt. Pretty amazing.

Inflated stats was a direct effect of running against the Colts regular-season defense. Ron Dayne, Travis Henry, hell just about every RB's stats were padded with a Colts game on their schedule.
