NFL Week #6

Eh, it's so muggy in ATL, it won't help. My experience with Georgians, however, is that they're some of the most genial people ever, very hospitable and quite friendly.

Except the dood with the Bulldog who keeps trapping on my grandfather's land in Baxley. He's a jerk.

Jimmy, I lived in New Orleans and Orlando before I moved up here to North Cackalacky...trust me when I tell you that Atlantans know NOTHING when it comes to "muggy", you need GILLS to breath in NOLA or hOrlando! :spit:

(Which is WHY I don't live in either place now! ;) )

I figured that I would post my picks this week since there is only one up so far.

I am 54 correct at 91.6% this year. Just want to point out this is one game above Gard's picks. :)

Cincinnati
Green Bay
Baltimore
New Orleans
Carolina
Kansas City
Jacksonville
Pittsburgh
Seattle
Philly
NY Jets
New England
Chicago
Denver

I believe the only game this week I disagree with Gard on is the Seattle Arizona game. So it looks like I will be two games ahead of him after Sunday.

Gard: Wish it was the saints game I disagreed on, but uh, not taking that bet. :) At least you will have another game to look forward to this week.

Unfortunately, I had my usual discussion of each game and the computer decided to restart to instill its precious updates. So, just the winners this week.

But, here I am:

Week 1: 12-4
Week 2: 8-8
Week 3: 11-5
Week 4: 10-4
Week 5: 10-4

Overall: 51-25 (67%)

For week 6:

St. Louis at Jacksonville
NY Giants at New Orleans
Carolina at Tampa Bay
Baltimore at Minnesota
Detroit at Green Bay
Houston a Cincinnati
Cleveland at Pittsburgh
Kansas City at Washington
Arizona at Seattle
Philadelphia at Oakland
Buffalo at NY Jets
Tennessee at New England
Chicago at Atlanta
Denver at San Diego

Whether Gard chooses correctly or not is irrelevant, he is always wrong on principle, since in his mind he picks the Saints in every game - even the ones they're not playing.

By default that means they can't win them, so he's actually only got 5 correct picks thus far. :D

Just keep thinkin' that way...when they go 5-0 today and shut SPAZZBLOW up yet again, you can apologize for being incorrect.

:)

That was a manhandling.

An @$$whuppin'.

It was a thing of beauty to watch.

I know better than to even begin to think they're going to play like this every week, but they just beat the stuffing out of every media outlet's power ranking #1 team.

It wasn't even close.

It's good to be a Saints fan today, y'all, it's just good.

:)

End of the first quarter. If things don't change soon, Gard will be absolutely insufferable all week. Go Saints! :D

I've been warning y'all, I've got 43 years of pent-up frustration here, and I'm going to let it all out this season.

GEAUX SAINTS!!!!!!!!!!

:hyper:

:D
