NHL Regular Season 2017-18

I have been enjoying all these other series. Obviously my frustration with the Pens is taking up most of my posts.

Winnipeg is like a breath of fresh air in the NHL. Some new blood wreaking havoc in the playoffs, similar to what Nashville was doing last year. And of course, it doesn't get any better having an expansion team holding their own (and then some) in Vegas. If the Pens are bounced, I'll probably enjoy watching the rest of
the playoffs without all that extra stress! :smug:

Some times you gotta say to yourself, self, my team just won it two years in a row. This time, maybe it’s not quite there. Look to next season and the good times it may bring.

Our hopes are high in Manitoba. But we know what is before us. Tiny market. Original Jets gone; was very sad for our little market that adores hockey for that to happen. This market loved the jets even though they never went past first round. New Jets formed. Fantastic office running the show. Astute aquisitions. Building something that has great potential. Into the second round and persevering.

What it would mean for such a little outfit to move on. To make it to finals.

Pens have had their day. And will again. Great office over there. Cant win em all though.

And just like that, the B's are headed to the golf course.

At the start of the playoffs, I felt this was their year. Especially after they were red hot as the season headed into the final 20 games. Perhaps they hit their stride a bit early.

Same here. I felt like they'd be the ones to eliminate the Pens, again.
