Im not invested in any particular team (except the Blackhawks) so that means I have the luxury to root for whichever team I happen to fancy at the moment.

I smiled with great pleasure seeing Marchand fail to score what would have been the game winning goal on a breakaway with 1 second left to advance the Bs to the next round.

Seeing the Bs lose that game in OT and then drop the next 3 straight games to end their season filled me with intense joy.

There have been a lot of OT games in the first round so far. This tells me the NHL has a large amount of parity between teams. The salary cap is working the way it should.

Just glad Boston and the Rangers are out of it. I'm fine with whoever goes on to win the Cup, as long as it wasn't either of those two teams.

No real runaway favorite at this point in either conference, though. Edmonton might have a slight edge in the West, but in the East it's a tossup. Any of the four remaining teams could end up in the Finals.

Actually, at the Panthers arena(whatever it's called this year),they have the "Funky Buddha" tap room. Local microbrewery that makes some very good brew. My favorite:
