Reminds me of John Rzeznik of the Goo Goo Doll's "Halfcaster". It's too bad I couldn't find good pics of it, it's basically a strat that's been cut, beat to **** and put back together. I think it's kind of neat, as with your bass. Live and learn, but it has a great story!
