Year ago, I used to work the night shift, Mon - Fri.
One Saturday morning, I came home to see my neighbour setting up a yard sale. I go into my house, get changed, grab a beer and go back outside to see what she has for sale. She freaks out.

'How can you drink beer this early in the day?!'
'I just got off of work. It's time to relax'
'But, it's 7am! That's too early!'
'It's like, 4pm for me though. I work all night, remember?'
'But, but, but ..'
'You're correct, I'll be right back'

So, I go back inside, pour my beer into a coffee mug and go back out.

'That's better', she says.

Though a clear glass one like a Mason jar of today would be neat as you can see all the evil swirling around inside.

Oooo... Ad some heat lamps as well as set it out in the cold and see how the behavior changes. Not too fast as to break the jar. Maybe even tap on it randomly for extended periods of time and make fish face with your lips against the glass.
