Okay looking at it from the other side, looks like a viable option for someone with very little money and not good enough with there hands to make one themselves. Their repetition of helping musician with affordable gear at a amazing price point speaks volumes so yeah just another option targeting the young or not so fortunate player who would love to have a pedal board but couldn't afford it till now.

So what, you take your pedals off the board so it fits in the case? What do you do with your pedals? What's the point?

The hand drawn schematic is a nice touch as well.

I think you are supposed to cram them in those conveniently placed cubbies underneath. This whole thing just reeks of genius engineering.

I think you guys are being unkind. If it's lower quality than you can make and don't make sense on a number of fronts to you, just don't buy it. No reason to mock the builder.

There are plenty of reasons to mock the builder. They make decent pedalboard cases and then make a wedge that's too big to fit in the cases they sell with the pedals on them. You can clearly see in the pictures that the paint is already rubbing off and the plywood has obvious rough marks on the side. For $20 dollars they could of at least afforded to make it out of nice red oak ply or birch for crying out loud.

I was assuming they could get it at a discounted bundle price. A sheet of nice ply runs about 40-50 bucks pre bulk discounts. You could probably make 4 or 5 of these with one sheet. Even at full price I think there is a profit margin.

Yes, that was my point. I mean, you could do it nice and still make money But, you could not do it nice and make like 19.50$ profit on it. Just depends what they want to sell I guess.

I would respect this whole thing more if it was repurposed / upcycled lumber from the containers the SX guitars were shipped in.

I mean, it very well could be, but it's branded "CNB" and I know nothing about them...except they love making shiny briefcases.

Alright guys. Let's solve this right now. I went ahead and created a print for Rondo Music. When they decide to pony up the dollas, I'll start my approval process and get it stamped by one of my Professional Engineers. If they're interested in CE/ATEX approval to be able to be compliant overseas, I can start that process as well. I know there's got to be a ton of black metal guys in Europe that are anxious to get one of these bad boys.

I know some pedals whose build quality would totally be appropriate for this board

I have a digitech rp90 that a so/so friend recommended me buy from a friend of his, I believe I paid 45 bucks. Year later, one of the buttons stopped working. A few months into having it all I used it for was tuning. Now I can't even do that. I would put it on that board.

It has nothing to do with how much it costs. It looks like crap. Why waste your money on a product that will most likely break? By the way, you can buy pedal boards for cheaper than hundreds of dollars that are a hundred times better than that one.
