Noiseless pickups 5 string

I have a 5 string yamaha bass. Where I rest my right hand causes a buzz. If I move it a little back it goes away. Instead of replacing the pick ups and preamp .
Can anyone recommend a particular fender jazz bass 5 string where pick ups are noiseless?
I was considering this one. Fender player plus active jazz bass v.
Any help would be appreciated

It would be wise to have a qualified tech check out the wiring and connections inside the bass before you simply replace the pickups. He might discover a repairable issue. That issue could ultimately be a bad pickup that needs to be replaced. But at least you’ll know for sure.

Are you touching the polepieces on the pickup somehow? You definitely need to get it checked out.

Any Fender with noiseless pickups will be quiet. I have the Jazz V Deluxe and it has noiseless pickups. No issues with mine.
But Fender is a different animal than Yamaha. If you buy one check it out in person first. I ordered mine on line and it's fairly heavy 10.6 pounds. Also I didn't realize that they changed the string spacing on these from 17.5mm to 19. mm. What a surprise when I picked it up after my Ibanez that weighed 8.6 pounds and has 16.5mm string spacing. Not saying that's bad just different.
