Part of me says to sell. Clutter is bad for you, and extra cash is never a bad thing. However, it's never fun to buy something twice, and knowing musicians, that is highly likely. Keep one or two that you have used the most, and sell the rest.
Another option is to trade for gear you GASing for. See a pedal you want, and the guy wants something you're not using? Work out a deal!
I always keep the pedals as my money stock. Whenever I'm in need for something new, I can either buy that normally, or sell a couple of pedals in order to finance it. This way I can get something new almost for free and letting go is way easier 
I've sold pedals I wasn't using just to buy them again once I needed them. Keep anything you like even if you don't need it.
I would keep them, I have a bunch of pedals and i will buy more, I never use pedals when it comes to playing in a band, maybe one, I could use 2 but I've never had the need.
I like to keep them as toys, I play at home and full around with them but I do not like to deal with extra wires and pedal boards when it comes to playing live.

I don't see any junk pedals in that pic. (I see a hoof, not my favorite), and if you get snowed in the beatbuddy is good for home practice. If you've totally divorced and hate (yes, hate) the synth fuzz sound for ever and ever, then sell them to people who enjoy that sound. Don't you have spacey intros or nothin in the new bands? Use for subharmonics?
I would keep all of them unless you need the money. You never know when you will want to use that pedal you sold. I have that mistake too many times.
I bought a lot of stuff in the 80s and 90s, and anything I kept has appreciated well. Guitars and amps are not a bad place to keep some capital. But only desirable effects appreciate, so you have to be ruthless in what you keep. The actual sonic quality and uniqueness is what brings reputation and value, so concentrate on that.

Seriously, I voted Sell . As a rule, I don't keep stuff I don't use and it applies to pedals as well. By my (limited) experience, I've always been able to get pedals back fairly quick via the used market. Now looking for an MXR Stereo Chorus...

I'd totally keep them. Unless you're hurting for money. If not, keep em. I'm in the same boat as @blindrabbit to an extent, I usually have to sell to buy. All the stuff I have and actively use, is used and for the most part needed. I have some "shelf" pedals that I hold on to because they simply won't bring much money but I would sell if I HAD to. But there are a ton of pedals I wish I could've kept. I can't really think of any pedal I flipped because I hated it. It just didn't work as good with my band and what I wanted it for over what I kept. But again, if I could, I'd a kept every last one of them. Using or not.
