Now that he's died, (rickenbacker content)

Viking funeral.

If anyone deserves one, it's him.

I watched a doco recently where i think he said he wanted the laurel n hardy theme tune played at the funeral. think it was called something like "live hard die old"

not sure if anyone ever asked him what he wanted done with the bass but i assume he would've replied with something like "ill be dead, I could't give a f*&%". or "I hope it goes on tour with a rock band and is around a lot of coke booze and naked ladies". most likely just "F*&^ off"

In this situation all assets of the deceased go to the estate which can sometimes take upwards of 2 years to close. At that point, I wouldn't be surprised if certain items were either put up for auction or donated to someplace like the rock n roll hall of fame and museum or a Hard Rock Cafe for all to enjoy and appreciate.
