hello everyone
I need to update you on the status of omnicabsims.
The Chilean Customs service ( as well as all public services) are on strike ..According to the customs service this strike
was going to start at nov 20th, but in practice they started it about 1.5 weeks ago..Imports and exports are being
gravely affected by this.
I went to the post office yesterday to ship the units, having some hope that for small packages the service could be available..but the clerk informed me that packages are being just piled up and processed randomly and slowly until the strikes ends.
I decided to keep the units at my shop until i can safely ship them..i think it's the responsible way..i don't want to ship them without knowing for sure if the units are going to get to destination safe and sound, and not being kicked around for days (or even stolen) at the customs service.
This also affects the arrival of the Transparent knobs order i'm expecting.. they should have arrived
last friday, but no news about it..
I´ve done everything i can to deliver them on schedule.. but shipping in this conditions is risky..i can only ship inside Chile..so if you have the luck of having a friend here that's going to travel soon back to your country, i can arrange a personal delivery..

don't be so hard on yourself.. this is the time of the year when the public employees salaries are defined by the government and approved by the senate.. public workers were asking for 4,7% (i think) and government offered 3.2% (the inflation rate)..that´s when strikes started to happen, but peacefully..then, the senate rejected the 3.2% for 0%!!! TWICE!! tell me about political transvestis!! of course public workers are mad as hell...I know why this is happening...because I ordered one and horrible luck follows me! Sorry to the rest of you
and i don´t want a mad angry public worker handling my products!!!

Hi, everyone! As I live in Chile, and the internal shippings haven't been affected by the strike, I just got my OCSD.
Since I haven't play with it for more than 30-40 minutes, I can't give you a deep review of it by now. But I can certainly say that, so far, this thing is killer. Plugged my headphones and bass (through my pedalboard) into it last night and the difference was absolutely noticeable from the first note.
When clean, my bass sounded fuller, tighter, more defined and as a whole (I mean the entire signal sounded more compact and integrated across the entire spectrum, more like... well, an actual amp would do). But without a doubt the more dramatic effect was when I turned on my dirt pedals. WOW. Suddenly, all of them sounded great and turned into useful tools even with headphones. I enjoyed my little practice like never before. I had given myself to the idea that I'd never could sound exactly the way I wanted when practicing or going direct (never found a cab sim that I liked before this one; in general they are very limited and constraining), but with the OCSD I can tailor my tone and make my bass and effects sound the way I like it.
Also, as it has a very wide range of control over the high response (I mean, you can get a very bright or very dark sound out of it), I think I could use it even with my amp and, while maintaining its inherents highs, make the OCSD act like an LPF/HPF, to make the speakers work more efficiently.
In just that little time with my OCSD, these are the settings I like the most so far:
I hope the strike comes to and end soon and everyone can get their OCSDs! As I see it, this thing is a game changer. I can't wait to try it either full volume, going direct or recording. Thanks for everything you've done, Daniel!

Hi everyone!!
After a couple of nightmarish weeks, customs have ended the strike and shipping has returned to normal..
Tomorrow i will be shipping all pre orders and normal orders to north america, and for europe, they will go to germany first, and then distributed to their respective countries (including asia and australia)
Now that everything is OK, anyone who's thinking about getting one should do it soon, before christmas sales..
Also, i will start a presale for the Drive Maker (same concept of the omni, but applied to drive tones)..
