Double Bass NS CR4M E string buzz!!!

Hi,
I just bought a new NS CR4M. I did raise the bridge to get more Upright sound. But my E string is buzzing a lot. So I loose the truss rod. It help but not relieving all of it. Then I look at it with a friend who work as setting bass and guitar. He notice a curve on the neck on the e side. Is your neck is equal ?

It's very obvious... He tell me to change the string before to go nut... The generic string are too small for me.
Help!

I must play the E string very soft to avoid this sound...

I'd suggest changing the strings for good, regular DB ones, and let the instrument settle for a few days with the new string load before tweaking with the truss rod.
There should be a scoop in the fingerboard.
More pronounced on the E string side, going to almost nothing on the G string side.
This gives room for the strings to vibrate.
