First off: I want to thank everyone affiliated/contributing to these forums. I've saved quite a few bucks from the sage advice and tips I've seen here in my short time lurking. That said, I've promptly reinvested those bucks.. but very well worth it. Thank you all very much!
I'm new to the game, but already a total addict. I started out late in life to pursue this. There's times I've wished I started waaay back in the day, but then quickly realize I wouldn't be where I'm at right now in life if I did.... lol.
Now that I'm here, my only worry is slobbering on the bass while practicing. What a great, great way to relax and get some balance from the technical world. I'm picking it up quickly, but there's so much more to learn. I love it.
