Octave pedal with a switch for each octave, does it exist?

I am looking for an octave pedal that does +1 and -1, but want each on an independent switch, that can both be turned on if desired. Is there anything like that on the market?

I had a subnup in the past, and loved the tone, but really want each octave level to be switchable. The Walrus Audio Luminary would work since it has 3presets, and I could set a preset for each octave type (-1, +1, and both). But I have played one of these in the past, and while it tracked great, it sounded to organ-y to me.

Something like a C4 might work using presets.

All the other stuff I can think of move into the uncheap harmonizers like the POG2 or HOG2 or uncheap modelers like a Helix or a GT1000.

I looked them up, and found the micro pog. It’s almost perfect, but wish it had a second switch. I love the simple controls. That’s exactly what I’m looking for. I wish I knew the first thing about building pedals

The POG2 has presets you can cycle through, allowing you a workaround to what you want, although it does seem odd that there's nothing to do exactly what you wish.

the micro pog is literally 95% there, just needs each octave to be footswitch-able. the JHS quadra pog seems to add it among other things.... so I am sure it's possible. I just don't know the first thing about modding a pedal.

I just got a Micro POG on 12/25. I love it. But I have to manually change the Low/High octave ratio between songs. The POG2 has presets, but since I am using this more for recording now than live, it I didn't want Santa to pay the higher price for the POG2.

I found this T1M mod, which basically adds a duplicate set of controls, and adds a switch to flip between the 2 channels. Close, but if you had one channel as octave down only, and the other as octave up only, you still wouldn't be able to run both.

I'm amazed no one produces a pedal like this. Seems simple and I would think someone other than me would want one.

It's kind of funny because I have a Catalinbread Heliotrope set up as an analog octave up that I'm trying out in parallel to my octave down on my b3 using a parallel looper, but it sure would be easier if they were in the same box

hmmm...what about 2 micro pogs and an a/b/y/ pedal or 2? while you take those e.e. classes

And now that I've said it the Foxrox octron 2 does what you want, but it's an analog octave up (fuzzy), so probably not what you need.

I’m looking online, and I could build 2 clone kits in the same box and wire them up in series. One is the green ringer octave up, and the other is an MXR blue box fuzz/octave down. I would want to remove the fuzz though.

Wow that’s a cool pedal. Almost perfect minus the fuzz on the octave up.

actually just found the manual: https://www.foxroxelectronics.com/assets/images/manuals/Oct2 OM.pdf and you can turn off the octave up drive via an internal trim pot. Guess this pedal is going on my reverb watchlist

wow that is perfect, but they are going for $1000 on reverb recently. thats way more than I want to spend, but will keep an eye out!

Yeah, the flippers are insane. I paid $399 plus shipping from Eastside Music Supply in Nashville about 3 weeks ago. Those guys are amazing. Maybe they have a notification button or something. triplegraph

You could do this easily with two Subnups. Set one for low octave and the other for high octave.
