Of Groupies and Flashers?

i'm glad our lead git player is an ugly spud( as are the rest of the band, myself included) cos the average age of our audience is About 60 (as is half the band) and old ladies flashing and throwing underwear would certainly put me off me stroke.
ps if the OP will divulge his location some of you guys in the area could maybe get a gig there and report back on this tugsville.how about it OP?

Hi,

If I may offer my advice. "Cool your jets."

I played my first paying gig in 1969. I have been revelling in the attention ever since. Believe me when I say "casual sex" takes its toll on everyone involved. Sure, I was young and dumb once and took advantage of more than my share. I can tell you now that I wish I hadn't. To this day, and I'm a middle-aged man with dyed hair, I still get those glances from 20-something cuties in the club. Just take it as a compliment and keep putting on the show. Think with your big head and not your small one. There are more important things in life than chasing tail and all the baggage that goes along with it.

Do yourself a favor. Be nice, be courteous, be friendly, maybe even a little flirtatious. But as has been stated, some ladies don't think much of themselves and will throw themselves at total strangers. Do you really want to deal with that mentality?

Save yourself for the right woman. Quality is always better than quantity.

OK, I'll shut up now. Thanks for listening.

Hi,

1969? Cliff, you definitely don't look old enough to have gigged in 1969!

Thank you for the kind words. :)

Granted, I was barely a teenager playing my first high school dance but it was a paying gig. We rocked all the Creedence Clearwater Revival and Beatles you could ever want. But I digress.

Thank you for your indulgence,
