How's it going?

Have you been playing that Eagle bass. Last time I talked to you you were scared you would break it. I saw on Myspace some of your new Bc Rich's. I have yet to find a USA Widow. When I do, I don't have money and when I have money I can't find one. I going to join the Bc Rich players forum when I get a chance. Just bought a house so I'm busy getting ready to move plus my new band is recording.

This is one lonely club!

I would say Exclusive rather than lonely. I think the shapes tend to scare some folks, and then they miss out one some of the finer basses and guitars made.

Just for info - a friend of mine has been getting great luck with the early BC Rico stuff. Strip off the paint and the wood is great!

I would agree with that assessment. I removed the finish on my mid '80s NJ Eagle, and the wood underneath very nice. See for yourself.

Here's my 1980-ish USA TJ Mockingbird (koa). Refinished by Neal Moser so, while it's in perfect shape, the serial was destroyed. A great player with fantastic tone. Sorry, I only have one pic of it solo......the rest are with it's siblings.....

That bass has an interesting story... and doesnt get played too often.

looks like a nj ironbird......... maybe 1986 ish. very nice.
