If the Sharks can get moving and play their normal game, they can slow us down and cause issues. From my baised point of view, they tried to overplay that last night. Lots of "I want to hit just because I can hit", which lead to some opportunities for the Pens (ex: Malkin getting off the ice, and several Sharks feeling the need to take a shot at him).
Game 5 will be interesting. Sharks should come out with a lot of desperation, and I'm not entirely sure how this team will react to it.
How about that helmet save by Hornqvist? That one had to hurt a bit.

Coming home up 3-1 for Game 5, the Pens will be both relaxed and energized. Thursday night and this weekend is going to be crazy fun in Pittsburgh with River Arts Festival, Pride, and the inevitable Stanley Cup Parade. I don't see the Pens blowing it, especially on home ice. This also may be Sid's last Cup (hopefully not, though).
If Jagr can still skate around, Sid's got a few more years left in him.
I think these playoffs show that he's probably still got a few more years of good production left.
If the Pens play relaxed at any point in that game, well except the closing seconds where victory is assured, then I will blow a fuse.
SJ hits and hits hard, and will be playing all out, 110% furious hockey. Those guys may be slower, but they aren't going to go easy Thursday night.

Realistically, the Penns have greater than a 90% chance of winning the cup. They would have to choke in epic proportions to lose this and I can't see it happening. They're on fire and confident in their abilities.
This Pens team has choked before in the playoffs. A few times since the last cup in 2009. Embarrassing chokes and exits.

I'd add another word: Murray. I already have more (playoff) faith in him than Fleury.
Murray has been pretty good, and I'm not even going to append "for a rookie" or "especially for a rookie" to that. In the last game, I was glad to see that he had obviously worked on his glove side, where everyone knows he is weak. SJ was shooting there all night and he was doing a pretty OK job with it - cleaner than I thought in the previous games. Fleury definitely had games like that, but he would be wildly inconsistent.
I really hope the Pens put it away at home on Thursday. Like Mike, I've been watching the Pens choke big in the past, though admittedly with different coaching staff and some different players. It's good to see the young guys contributing, and the experienced ones keeping their game up _and_ providing stability and a sense of confidence.

Might want to add yet another word...Kessel. Leads the team in goals and points, his line plays hard minutes against other teams top lines. Can't wait to see the clown media in T.O. choke when he wins the Conn Smythe!
Kessel has played very, very well, no doubt. However, this team is where it is thanks to Murray.
I will be disappointed if Murray does not win the Conn Smythe.

Conn Smythe should go to either Kessel or Murray. I'm leaning toward Murray.

What an amazing ( and lucky) game Jones had tonight!! That is the kinda game he will be talking about for the rest of his life. Cup on the line, 44 saves......wow.

Amazing performance from Martin Jones and hats off to SJ for keeping the pressure on. They faltered a few times, but not when it mattered.
I have officially eliminated Kessel for the Conn Smythe due to the whiff on that basically empty net goal early.
