how large are they? weight wise they not that much of a step up from the 410?

anyone hear got any views to what they sound like? baby 810?, im guessing they must sound almost the same?
They're quite different. The 810 is a sealed, tweeterless cabinet giving loud, old school punch. Not real deep, but it (as a former guitarist put it) creates Thunder!
The 610 (like the 410HLF) is a ported cabinet and has a tweeter. More lows, more highs, etc. To my ear it sounds a lot like the PR410HLF (the very large Pro Series 410). Probably doesn't help here but at any rate, those two cabinets don't sound anything like the 810.
I would not say more lows and more highs are ideal. To my ear, the sealed cabs with no ports and no tweeters actually come through in the mix better. I went from an 810 to the 410HLF and did not like how woofy the 410 was ... actually lower end than the 810. You can always turn the tweeter off, but that woofiness is hard to dial out. My answer for years was getting two 210 cabs and turning off the tweeters. That is much more like "half" of an 810 althogh they are ported....
BTW - can I get a member number?
I just retired my Eden WT400 as the backup after I bough an early 70s V-4 head and cab. I am in love!!!!! I had never played with 12s and I love it. The sound that's been in my head. I'll never go solidstate or hybrid as my main again... no matter how heavy my rig has to be.
