I get that but seems like it wouldn't be to difficult to ad one to the SC. The SC is a nice size, not too small but but still very portable. I'm sure a lot of people would be interested in a horn loaded version.

@alexclaber is the only person that can answer whether he'll make you a custom SC with a horn. Email him direct is all I can advise. I only know what he does make. Not what he can make.
Why not just get a BB l l and be done with it ? They all use the same driver, after all.
I have a cab about the same size as the BB. I'm moving to an apartment on the second floor and I'm thinking of something a bit easier to get up and down the stairs. I have visions of one-handing a horn loaded SC suitcase style up the stairs at 2am - heaven 
I have another cab that's 12" deep and it's real easy to carry around one handed. That extra few inches of depth makes the one hand carry a bit awkward.
edit - After looking at the dimensions again and seeing how close they are I guess I can see how the SC and BB are two versions of the simlar cabs - one full range and one more rock voiced.

That was my initial reaction. But I think the medium size of the SC is the desired feature.
A Super Twin with a bullet tweeter would likely be my ideal cab - The Big Twin is just a bit bulkier/heavier than I'd want.
My guess is that BF may feel that a SC with a horn would be too close to an SM or BB2 to be necessary. The SM with horn is a nice cab, and so is the BB2. Why not use one of those? A SC with a horn would also likely have to be in a differently-proportioned cabinet, so would it really be an SC? And would having a different build really be agood use of BF build resources, when they already make an SM and a BB2?
Should we ask why they don't offer an SM or BB2 without a horn too?
To me, asking why the SC doesn't have a horn option is like saying I don't want a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, I just want a peanut butter sandwich, with jelly added.
Maybe it would be redundant but on the other hand why does BF need 3 different 1x12 cabs in it's line up in the first place? It's all about giving the customer what they want. Just drill an extra hole in the baffle and design a crossover and voila! a full range SC. Why not? If he can make some sales with a SC with a horn it seems an easy thing to do. If he offered one it would be the 1st cab in his lineup I would choose.
Which head are you toting in that bag? I have a small TC Electronics BH250 (that I don't like and plan to sell) and I was curious as to which head you pack in there. I doubt my Mesa D800 would fit?
I have two One10's and I don't miss the horn at all. If I did. I would just buy one of the BF with a horn.

I think the $200 US price difference between the SC and BB2 would shrink up pretty fast with a tweeter added. It would be such a small difference, I think it would just make the BB2 worth it to most consumers.
I agree. I like the bigger bass response of the SC as compared to the SM, in the box smaller than the BB2........a tweet in a (roughly) SC sized box would give a baby bear, mama bear and papa bear continuum. Although I need another cab like a fish needs a bicycle, I'd GAS hard for one.
I think the product line has to do with the previous generation formats. We are only looking at G3. G1 and G2 had:
1 - Compact - A small 15" cab.
2 - Midget - A small 12" cab. Available with or without a tweeter.
3 - Big Baby T - a 12" cab with a tweeter and a 6.5" mid driver. It was the same size as the 15" Compact.
I think Alex opted to consolidate them the way he did after considering the production costs and feature sets and previous sales numbers. The 15" Compact went away because of the new 12" driver.

I just put an GK MB200 in there, but... I think a somewhat larger small amp might too, like a Aggie TH350. The MB200 fits pretty easily.
What are the dimensions of a D800? I'd be happy to check and give you my opinion.

FWIW, the Big Twin II is ridiculously easy to move around, IME/IMHO. At under 50 lbs, it's so much lighter than you'd expect, and it has handles in all the right places. That tweeter is real sweetheart, too!
