Were you pushing your Dubster? The specs look closer to the 610 that the 410 (or two 210s) so you might just be more comfortable with the bigger single cab, especially if you're okay with a bigger cab.

I did a last minute reggae sub gig running 1000 watts through a super compact and it shook a good sized room. I was astounded. I'm sure you will be fine.

All speakers are identical, but the ones on the right (if you're looking at them in front of you) are low passed so don't carry upper midrange. When you stack them horizontally, the left speakers essentially make a column radiating the upper frequencies.

This absolutely killed last night! Have only seen a couple of iPhone clips and the DG X7 sounds massive through this! Heading out on the road tonight for a true test.

Barefaced doesn't use them.

If this is an accurate description , (which I'm sure it is...:smug:) Then I find it shocking that that little cab can produce those results! I wish I could try a few different Barefaced cabs like the Super Compact , the Big Baby and the Super Twin near Toronto Canada.....:help:

...And since I only own a One10 and SC, I wouldn't know, but now I do. Thanks to all for enlightening me!

Okay. So now as an established fanboy of Barefaced (One 10, Two 10, Four 10 in the stable) I need an excuse to buy a Big Baby Two so I expect to be ordering two with top hats so I can use them for PA work - or that is my excuse/justification. Naturally I will order with a top hat fitting but probably also use for bass. For those who use them for PA work will they handle some kick for light gigs or do I need to get a sub too? Also is there a powered mixer that you have had particular success with? I have a Samson TXM20 which is %00 watts at 4 ohms so may well be a bit underpowered for the BB2 at 8 ohms.
