I think a 410+210 would be an ideal modular stack which could handle small, medium, or large venues with appropriate FOH. How often would you need more than an efficient 610 with 1200-1500 watts to hear yourself on stage? Since all six 10's would handle the lows and low mids while a vertical column of three 10's would project upper mids and treble, dispersion should be good. I'd like a stack like that!
I'm curious how well a bright boost in the 7-10kHz region found on a number of amps translates into audible treble extension? I don't go for a sizzly Marcus tone but like the clarity that a good treble extension to about 7kHz provides.

Overthinking. Just stack them normally. BF cabs are designed that both drivers handle low end and only one driver handles the top end. Here are no issues in projecting the sound from BF cabs with multiple 10's.
This!Also, I doubt you'll need four Two10S cabs unless you're very very loud and that four Ampeg 2x10" stack is nowhere near loud/fat/deep enough!

Regardless though of whether that many speakers are necessary or overkill.
I just genuinely want to know what happens when either cross-firing or angling speakers. But especially cross-firing, and the physics that take place with the sound waves. Or, what an optimal angle may be and why. Also, would a horizontal or vertical plane be better for cross-firing due to human ears being side by side and not on top of each other.

The downside of this combination (for me having an SVT) is the Four10 is either 2 OR 8 ohms. 2 ohms is fine on its own with an SVT but not so good at 8 ohms. From what I've read, the 10" driver impedance is around 6 ohms. This would give a 4 ohm 610 or a 12 ohm 210 in series. The switchable 210 says 4 or 12 but is probably closer to 3+ or 12. A 3+ ohm nominal impedance can still work with most amps 4 ohm setting. A 12 ohm 210 in parallel with a 6 ohm 410 gives a 4 ohm 610. The math works. No way could two speakers be 4 ohms in parallel and 12 ohms in series unless there are load resistors added in parallel to give 4 ohms. Since the impedance curve varies with frequency, nominal values are given which should fall within acceptable amp load tolerances. It's not an exact number. Barefaced cabs are excellent but impedance and SPL numbers on the website are all over the map. There are only two LF drivers in use here, the 10CR and 12XN. Given the driver nominal impedance and sensitivity, the impedance and max SPL of any configuration should be pretty straight forward. Got to say I feel for Alex as this has been addressed in depth several times on this thread. I know because I asked similar questions years ago and he very patiently explained it. Sorry Alex, I wasn't trying to be a troll. As a retired electrical engineer I do understand these things and think highly of your cabinet lines. As an aside, and I'm not trying sound like a complete douche, but I am genuinely curious. I'm always baffled by the posts where guys are showing 4 cabs in a rig, or (2) 8x10's. Where are you using these? And who moves them for you? Part of why I bought a Barefaced is it weighs half what my Goliath II 4x10 does, and that cab with a studio 220 has always been more than enough for every gig I've played in the last 28 years. Small bars, mid sized clubs, big halls, festival stage, no problem. And if I do need more (like big open stages) I'll get some in the monitors. When doing small tours we needed as little gear as possible so we could fit it all in the van, so what truck is hauling 4 cabs?![]()
We use a trailer on our vans. That's what holds all our gear.
