My favorite drive going into my BB3s right now is the Genzler 4 on the Floor. Great pedal, the filtering helps really dial in the drive. Clean blend is a killer feature too. Having the four "gears" lets one dial in the flavor of drive. They also have a distortion pedal (crash box 4).

Also, why is the 210s max power 800 watts while the One Ten is 500 watts? Something to do with the cabinets?

I have 2 x BBII Gen 3 cabs just starting their build. ETA on delivery is early Oct.
I plan on having them being pushed by either an EA iAMP Classic or a Genzler MG800.
Playing mostly cover rock and ghost/fill-in work, small inside clubs to larger outdoor venues.
Currently using Genzler cabs (BA 210-3 on top and BA 15-3 SLT on the bottom), they sound incredible but seem to be a bit 'bigger' in sound than some of the smaller clubs can handle.
Amp suggestions when the BBII's arrive?
Are Alex's cabs better suited for just inside work?
Are they going to force the Genzlers into storage?
Am I allowed to tell people I just had twins and both are big babies?

Any favorite amp heads with The BT-3?

It's not a very colored cabinet so I think it may play better with some Amps than others. It's also very efficient so it gets loud pretty quickly. That almost forces me to use a little dirt(which is fine with me).

I've used mine with a ton of different amps and they've all been great. I prefer tube amps personally, but SS and hybrids work just as well. The character of the amp and bass usually shine through.

Are Alex's cabs better suited for just inside work?

Not at all. I use mine outside regularly. The perform no matter where they're being played.

Are they going to force the Genzlers into storage?

Maybe. I hear the Genzlers are great cabs although I've never played them. The Barefaced might take a little getting used to but you likely won't need any other cabs at the end of the day.

I think I’m ready to pull the trigger on some 10cr cabs. I’m thinking a two10 and a four10. That should allow me to cover any small/medium/or large gigs depending on which I take or both.

Two 10 and Four 10 has been my go to for a few years now. Yet to find a venue this combo won't suit.

To put it simply, I love these things together. Very versatile rig that covers everything I need.
I have no more gas for gear, however, if/when I sell my old cabs I may order a Super Midget for home practice.
Check out the master setting on the head, thats home practice settings and then I still need to be careful when engaging pedals etc.
Gig levels (loud drummer and Guitars) I tend to have the master on about half and it's plenty loud without being in your face and harsh, it just gets louder without yelling.

I have played with GK Fusion, DG Microtubes and Aguilar TH.., and for me (mainly P bass with flats drop turned to Eb) the Aguilar TH is noticeably superior, on all measurable qualities (tone, clarity, warmth, mix, etc).

I run a BB2 with an SM and my goto amp is an Aguilar AG700.

If I want to surround myself in a great P bass tone I use the TH500 and an SC.

I run the same two cabs except I use either an Eden Wt 800, Epifani UL 901, Darkglass MT 500,.

Me three. One of my favourite combinations is bb2 and sm, usually with a Bergantino Forte HP is Aguilar DB751.
