Just pulled an unlined LB76W out of the ebay pool! :) WOOHOO!! Pics when she arrives. The ebay item number for anyone curious was 400223266875 , some of you probably saw it up there.

edit: since it's got piezos and its fretless, would it be a LB76WPF or something? ;)

And here she is :) Seriously, if my Smith BSRG6EG had felt as nice in my hands as this bass, I'd have kept the Smith. :)

Good Eye! I took out a tape measure and it is in fact 35 1/4" scale :) To be honest, if it had been properly marked I probably wouldn't have bought it, but it plays really well and it is definitely staying.

I have owned many Carvins and this is the monster of em all. To bad it's not a wider spacing. Still this baby is not going anywhere. Its all solid maple body wings and a two piece maple neck.

Well, it still plays great and sounds great, but the scale length isn't for me after all. Soon in a classifieds ad near you! ;)
