Here's my '00 StingRay (amongst the other two). Started out as "Bright White", but has turned to "Buttercream". It's the only EBMM I've ever owned, and it single-handedly put a halt to my never ending GAS for nearly a decade.

Err (blush), can't remember the year.. It's an early 90's EB transparent burgundy w clear guard. That makes me member though,isn't that right?

What kind of strings are you using on your EBMM bass?
I use D'Addario strings on all my basses except my Sterling. On my Sterling I use the EB hybrid set (45-65-85-105). The EB seem to work best for me.

Other than my classic Rick 4001 which I've had for 20 years, I'm basically EBMM exclusive now - with 3 different basses. I've tried a ton of competitors, but I keep coming back to Music Man.
