Well, I have been so happy with my B-1005 and Surveyor-4 that I broke down and bought a "now" discontinued B-4Z (zebrawood) on clearance.
Should be here next week. Can't wait!

Yeah little wider than a Jazz. Almost exactly the same as my Squier fretless P.
This is a good thing for me, I think the 1.49" nut on my Surveyor is a touch on the narrow side, but I can work with it.
It's interesting to see the B4 and B5 basses nut width is 2mm narrower than the B-1004 and 1005, but the B6 nuts are the same. Wonder why they did that....
Also did you get the Bart on your 214 squared away?
