Official Eventide Stompbox (H9/Factor Series) Club!!!

I hadn't seen that, I thought they were still recommending 800 mA or whatever. Would be nice if true. I also think I've heard the Zuma can pull more than 500 mA per port as long as the total doesn't go over some threshold.
Eventide staff/support have confirmed this over on the official Eventide forums (12v 500ma with Cioks DC7 or Eventide Powermax/Mini). This is what I plan to use (whenever my preorder eventually ships :crying:).

Sweet - I don't know if I need the extra port or not but it's nice to not have to worry about it.

I'm in the same boat as you --- ordered in Nov from MF, originally said Dec ship date, pushed to Mar. I've already checked the status over chat like 5 times and that date has held steady.

I often buy power supplies on ebay. Often I don't like the shape and size of the wall warts that come with devices;
some don't fit nicely on a power strip, so I replace them with others that do fit.
I like to get them with a little more than the minimally acceptable current rating.

Here's a couple samples of ones I might consider in this case:

12V AC Adapter for 12V 800mA 0.8A Power Supply Charger DC 5.5mmx2.5mm 6ft Cord | eBay
12v 1A AC/DC Power Supply Adapter Slim Design 5.5mm x 2.5mm Connector Jack Tip | eBay

I went with my H90 preorder through Sweetwater, ordered first week of December. Was initially told shipment later that month. Then after emailing a rep early this month was I was told late February to (sometime) March. I wish there was a little more upfront and proactive transparency through dealers and Eventide about shipment delays - still very excited to get my hands on this pedal.

I keep holding out hope this will happen for me, that the March estimate was conservative and I will get mine earlier than that. But no luck so far.

My 2 cents: I will probably get an H90 when the second hand prices cool off a bit, but I will not sell my H9 Max anytime soon. It can be inserted into the signal chain, so I'll have three different algorithms to combine if I want to.

However, I do not care much for the Iphone based UI. It has worked for me, but I much rather have the UI within the box itself. The H90 is a welcome step away from the app solution.

That being said, I think I like the user interface of the Dot 9 boxes even better. I currently only own the Ultra Tap, but I'd love to get my hands on the other three. Plus Eventide really should release Resonator as a standalone stompbox.
