Not to hijack the Lakland thread..Do you know how it compares to the Mono cases? I have a Mono M80 and was considering purchasing a second. The iGig bags seem to be in around the same price range.

ARGH!!! Matty pointed that Inca Silver one out to me last time!

I have access to 4-5 basses that are 95% of what I want but I have no cash to spend!!!! AND when I do, they will be all gone!!!

common - can any one do a "sympathy buy"? (LOL!!!) (I mean buy MY basses - NOT buy one of those for me....don't wanna sound like a certain spotted bear - well - actually pandas are not bears -are they???)

Not to make excuses for Levy's--if you guys say their quality has gone way down, that's good enough for me--but these bags cost more than twice as much, maybe 3X. Honestly, at that price, I'd rather have a good hard case. I bought a really solid SKB for $100.

Hey - I GOT IT!!!

Maybe I could talk the "Lakland clearing house" (Terry) into buying both of my basses and then he can turn them around when the economy gets a little better....

When was the last time he had a DJ????? It is about time for one (me thinks!!!)

Also - it has been at least a month since you had a fretless...time to try one again!

I will give you a deal if you take both!!!

This gets us into a whole different discussion. I'd actually prefer a great gigbag as opposed to a hardcase. Gigbags are much easier to use from gig to gig as it frees up an arm when carrying equipment out and in. I'd prefer a gig bag with great protection to a hardcase 90% of the time. Now I do have a hardcase if the need every arises. But, unless I'm on tour somewhere, chances are the gig bags are the best way for me to. In that case, I want what is most durable and functional.
