I sold my LMII. I couldn't get rid of it fast enough...I think the MarkBass sounds good with whatever one chooses. My Jazz and P-basses sound equally as good, just different.
I love the SA 450. There are a lot of tonal options, right at your fingertips, starting with the VLE (Vintage Loudspeaker Emulator) and the VPF (Variable Pre-Shape Filter). I haven't even touched the parametric mid controls.
Fully agree - I have noticed that my SR5 gts along especially well with the F1.I think the MarkBass sounds good with whatever one chooses.
You almost got me!I sold my LMII. I couldn't get rid of it fast enough...
...(because I still have my F1 and I'm also saving up for an LMIII Tube 800)...

Nope... I had the LMII first, then got a deal on the F1. I still dug the LMII a LOT tho, so I didn't sell it right away, but over time I played it less than the F1, so it was time to "share".I couldn't go the F1 route, as I had limited funds. I'm sure it's a beast! I didn't even try one, because I knew I'd want it.
Oh well... The SA 450's no sluff either!
EDIT: I was mistakenly thinking you had the TA 501.
