Its been put back for more testing I think (the OBC810).

That is kind of how all their bass stuff had been rolled out. After they announced the AD200B (late 1999?) they decided it wasn't ready and needed more development...we finally got it almost two years later. But the wait was well worth it. I am sure the new cabs will be the same story; well worth worth the wait no matter how long they take.

Orange had the 810, Terror Bass head and the isobaric 210, 212 and 410 at the Summer NAMM Show. They sounded great! We have some videos up on our YouTube channel.

Yes, it looked to be the width of a typical 4x10, but the height of a 1x10 (in other words, much like a low-slung 2x10).

Great! Sounds like this is the right partner to my AD200B for small locations...

Agreed! Id rather the 1000W Terror and SP cabs take longer so I can save! I will prob be getting the 4x10 or 2x12 and a 1000W Terror Luckily a local store love Orange and compete really well on prices.

As a guitarist, I've ALWAYS loved Orange amps (the ad series quite a bit more than the RV) and the reviews of the 1x15 just sound like exactly what I'm looking for in a bass cab.

I'd like to be able to get away with two of those and skip the 10's entirely.

You can easy get away with 2 1x15s! Awesome fat rig. I personally like 10s as well as 15s, but 2 15s would be so huge sounding!

Also, i don't know much about cab's. I understand bit's, But i was thinking. How would 2 4x10's sound to the 8x10... cos it's all in 1 box... just the same or will there be significant differences?!

In response to all of these price debates around here, I e-mailed the Orange rep for the southern US for ship dates and costs. According to him, the terror bass with be $1089 and the OBC 810 is $2099. Those prices are CRAZY! I'm sure i'll be searching for one second hand, though. I'm sure they'll be wonderful.
