yes, i have already opened the control plate it seems the vol pots need to be clean up at first , but i dont know if the knob secured w/ a nut and i tried to pull the knob ,end up w/ broken pot..

Use a jeweler’s size screwdriver and pry it up around the edges

You have to remove the top cap.
There’s a very small nut that holds the knob secure that has to be removed

the top cap,is it glued? Coz so hard to remove it without breaking it, any suggestion?

yes, finally it removed.. Thanks a lot! But is it glued or just pop off like that? Coz this one has plenty of glue and end up broken it.. Or maybe somebody earlier already remove the cap and re-glue it..

They are not glued. They 'pop' off. a PO must have added the glue.

The original knobs are unnecessarily "high security"IMO.
I hate black plastic knobs.I replaced my knobs when I first got my TWB.

I had to cut slots in the the raised edge and bend them down to get a socket in to remove the nuts.

yes it should be pop off, but im afraid someone already remove the cap and broken it so he glued it.. I spotted some glue mark on other knob..
