Nice! And balancing great thanks to the Gotoh Res-O-Lites I put on it. I miss that bass- I sold it to have funds to get a used TJ6, but then never found one.

Well, thanks for doing that! :woot:

I also have a TJ6, and while it's a fantastic instrument this TJ5 actually sits better in most mixes.

Boy, it sure sounds like you should GIVE IT TO MEEEE then… :D

I completely forgot that I also had a matching headstock added to that and my old fretless. So if you don’t like matching headstocks, you can pry that one off and there’s a normal one underneath it lol.

I believe they are.
I have a bass with GB7s and the rest all have th Resolite equivalents and the mountings all look identical.

They were a drop-in replacement on my Yamaha, so I'm sure they are for you. I noticed a significant reduction in neck dive, but of course that was a different bass.

To follow up, I just replaced my original Gotoh GB-7 tuners and Hipshot X-tender, with 4xGotoh GB350 Res-O-Lites (thanks Philadelphia Luthier Tools & Supplies). This was a relatively simple, drop-in, process. The results are a .26lbs reduction from the headstock and has fixed the neck heavy bias on my Sonus. Wish I had done this sooner!:bassist:

Need enlightement from the Zon historians : at which period did the shop start to do the truss rode on the Legacy with the access from the head?

I thought all legacy has the truss rod access at the heel with the smart cover but there is one listed locally that seems to be a "modern" one but with the truss not where I expected...

I don't think I've ever seen a Zon with a cover there.

Yep, i thought so too, could it be one added later on by the shop? Oh well, sure it's awesome
