The above exists with the caveat that I forgot to add of "different oils will have different solubilities in ethanol" as well. Ethanol is very hygroscopic, which is why getting particularly high concentrations of it is actually very difficult, but it still does function as a solvent for oils.
Various petroleum products? Pretty soluble.
Vegetable oils and other fatty acids, though? They're the least soluble, even in pure ethanol, at normal temperatures. Somewhere around 10 grams of the oil within 100 grams of alcohol, but that's more soluble than it is in water.
The solubility of oils into solutions with ethanol specifically is why ethanol is so useful for carrying flavours in food, dissolving essential oils for various purposes, and it's part of why whisk(e)y drinkers often don't like to see that a whisk(e)y is chill filtered (precipitates out the oils within it, which generally means a loss of both flavour and mouthfeel, although most just look at it as part of what a particular distillery is going for with developing their own specific flavors).
Longer-chain fatty acids and and particularly heavier hydrocarbon base oils don't have high solubility in ethanol in general, but they do have more than with just water, because alcohols aren't strictly polar (hydroxyl groups are wonderful fun, aren't they); in contrast, higher alcohols have much better solubility with oils than even ethanol does, while having less solubility in water specifically. But, surprise surprise, a good few of them do have high solubility...with ethanol specifically. It's solutions all the way down.
Also, isopropyl alcohol itself will dissolve quite a few oils, just not as well as ethanol does, and certainly not as well as higher alcohols do, and with the same caveats about temperature and type of oil and all of that.
