The one on my bike.
Original Yamaha UD Stomp. Had it since somewhere in the middle eighties.
Boss BF-2 Flanger purchased new in 1979. Made in Japan. Still have original box. And instruction booklet.
The perennials on the ever-changing pedal board are my Fairfield Circuitry Randy's Revenge and EHX Pitchfork
1st VT bass to get the market. Best tool ever.
Been on my board ever since. Survived beer, water, slams, fly gigs, power surges. Still going strong
The way I flip pedals, probably five years max.
TC Electronic chorus/flanger/pitch modulator, I bought it new around 1983
The MXR M-80 Bass di + has kept its place for the past 12 years.
Switch broke so it’s always on in the preamp mode. Dirt side has a very limited useful range, but can also be used as a straight boost.
A bunch of pre amps in both rack and pedal form have come and gone. Recently, the Darkglass Alpha Omega Ultra displaced the M-80 for the first time in a decade.
That flirtation didn’t last as I liquidated some pedals to buy a long sought Dingwall.
The MXR M80 is still here.
I’ve had the Zoom B3 for quite a while too. That’s not going anywhere.
EHX DR Q purchased new 1976 at Heart of Texas Music in Temple Texas used for guitar and bass - still in use currently in my studio on my Wurlitzer electric piano, Hohner Pianet T/Harpsichord.
I've been using my Electro Harmonix Small Stone Phaser and Deluxe Electric Mistress Flanger since the fall of 1978 and still love both of them. Haven't found anything else yet that does exactly what they do.
Sadowsky SBP-1 Preamp.
I don't know how long I've had a BBE Sonic Stomp, but it's gotta be more than 15 years.
The owner of the music store that sold it to me tried to talk me out of it ... been a staple on my board for now on 20 years. It adds a fat mildly compressed very nearly tubeish push to either my amp or coupled to a Radial JDI.
Line 6 Bass Pod XT Live - had it since 2008 or 2009.
This one has been "always on" since the late seventies. It pre-dates 9volt dc.
TC Electronics Corona Chorus. Had it since January 2019. I go through pedals like water through a bladder.
The oldest (and only) pedal in continuous use is my Boss TU-2. It turned 15 this year and is still in excellent shape.
It will probably outlast me.
Oldest I frequently use...
Oldest I own (rarely used for the last 10 years)...
Not as old as a lot of posts here... but here’s my longest running pedal. This is my third one.
