That's standard Reverb wording available to anyone to include in their listing. It pretty much translates into "No returns, unless defective on arrival". Does that stop people from selling garbage and/or falsely claiming that the item was not as described? Absolutely not.

It's a very iconic instrument. You can be none more 80's thant that. It's also pretty rare.
Back then Takamine only produced middle to high end instruments.
Word is they play and balance very well but electronics leave to be desired.
I'd say if you're not in a hurry, 1000 would be a fine price.
